Can anyone help with a restore problem.

I left my h2210 until the batteries completely exhausted.

I have tried restoring, making sure Regional Setiings and Date settings are
correct, but when I select the device from the drop down list and click
Restore, I get a box come up saying:

Restore: Invalid Storage File
The Selected backup file is not valid.
Please select another storage file.

Can anyone help.

I am running ActiveSync 3.7
