ipaq won;t connect "says not able to access network"

Since I have upgraded to outlook 07, my pocket pc ipaq 1955 won;t sync
anymore and says something about unab le to log onto the network although I
am a single stand alone
system.
My ipaq worked fine with my office xp computer but at home I got a new
computer with vista and that screwed everything up. I finally cleared the
ipaq and it worked fine again with the xp
computer so ok..Recently I upgraded to ouitlook 07 and now nothing on either
computer. HP says they can;t help and microsoft says they cant help
ANyone else. I see others having the same problem but still no succes
.
