Hi,
If the device is connected under the Guest mode, it will not synchronize PIM
information. You might want to check -
http://www.pocketpcfaq.com/faqs/activesync/guest.htm for possible solutions.
The ActiveSync logs unfortunately speak a language that most of us don't
understand. Hopefully a MSFT person might be able to read and tell us
what's wrong here.
