ActiveSync 4.5 Connection Issue

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I've been using ActiveSync successful on device for a while (months). All of
a sudden, it stopped connecting. I only sync files, task, and contacts (no e-
mail). Device shows connected as Guest in the ActiveSync Manager, but I can't
sync anything. Any help is appreciated.
