Activesync 4.2 and 4.5 disconnecting PC
Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance
Windows XP Pro SP2 client on a SBS 2003 network. User has a Windows Mobile 5
PDA. After install and initial synchronization, Activesync disconnects the
PC from the network, network drive shows disconnected. User can reconnect,
but each time they try to synchronize, the network connection disconnects.
This happens with both 4.2 and 4.5. We have noticed that Activesync creates
a Local Area Connection when synchronizing. We believe this is somehow
causing the disconnects. Any ideas?
