What error message is displayed on the Treo 700WX? What version of Exchange
is being used (and service pack level)?

My Palm TREO 700 WX is telling me that the exchange server cannot allow me

sync with the current settings. Everything has been working for a few

without problems (Except contacts) and it just stopped all of a sudden

on our server that morning, however, strangely enogh that was at 1200 hrs

my problem started at 0948 hrs. Has anyone heard of the connection being
randomly stopped like this. Our contracted IT people cannot solve it, I'm

so certain they are so well versed in this technology, its costing a
fortune
for troubleshooting. Our Outlook Web Access had an actual problem where we
could not send or forward messages, only read. That was fixed, but did not
solve the issue with the TREO.
