I have a similar problem. I don't have a solution, but I was able to narrow the problem down by only syncing one type of content at a time until I found where the problem was. For me, I don't get any sync issues unless I sync Tasks. You could try adjusting that through the Windows Modile Device Centre, and change content sync settings under Mobile Device Settings. At least you should be able to sync most of your data.
Also, when your device is connected, on the device go to Activesync and click on View Status after a sync has finished. This will display the same error message that you see on the Sync Results screen on your desktop PC. Under this message is a 'view support code' - click this. On my wm5 device it says 0x86000107. I've searched high and low for this relating to syncing tasks but have found nothing, though it appears in plenty of places relating to syncing other content types. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be any MS knowledgebase help or support for finding out what these codes mean and how to resolve them.
I've been trying to find a detailed sync text log file that might explain where things are going wrong, but no luck so far.

I'm using Vista Ultimate, Office 2007 and Wm5. Now I could sync some time, but now when i want to sync the program is saying:
Active Sync has found a problem on the desktop
maybe somebody could help me?
I've tried to delete the partnership and that sort of things but won't help...
