MS Money for PocketPC

I'm not sure if this is a MS Money (2005) or Money for PocketPC or ActiveSync question. I just installed the PocketPC version and am trying to synchronize with my PC. I have two accounts on the PC but only one came across to ActiveSync on the settings page to be able to select it to synchronize with the handheld. The account that came across is on the Account List page (of the PC) listed under "Accounts". The one that did not come across is listed under the heading "Other Accounts". I honestly have never paid attention to that fact so it may have been listed that way from the original installation over 2 years ago. The account that did not hit the ActiveSync settings page did go to the handheld but because there is not a check box for ActiveSync, none of the transactions came across.

Is the lack of being able to "see" this account listed on the ActiveSync settings screen because it is not listed under the "Accounts" tab on the PC? If so, is there a mechanism in place to move that account from "Other Accounts" to "Accounts" on the Account List page? If not, how can I get the transactions to ActiveSync. I tried the option to Sync All on the Settings page for ActiveSync and that did not resolve the issue.
