I think I found a log file on my mobile device. In the log it shows the
following:

The line that is concerning is the: ConnInfo Failed (0x80004005)

Any idea what that means?

I have a Dell Axim x51. After upgrading to Office 2007, my calendar no
longer syncs with the Axim. I upgraded to ActiveSync 4.5 and it still will
not sync. At one point synchronizing actually put 500 blank contact
entries into Outlook.

Has anyone else seen issues with Outlook 2007 and ActiveSync? Are there
known issues or known fixes for this?
