activesync & network ?

Hi there;
here is my question :
i've got two computers (1 laptop & 1 desktop) linked by a wireless network; my PPC is connected on the USB ports of the desktop computer ;

what i would like to do is to synchronise my ppc with my laptop through the network;

how to do that ? do such freewares / softwares exist for making such things ?
