Think you need to go to trimble... the inf file only contains the device's usb id# associated with the fact that when it is detected the usb connection should be made with activesync, and only the oem will be able to get that to you.
in the mean time, if it has serial or bluetooth, you can establish a partnership and sync using that until you get the usb init resolved.
