Hi,
Microsoft never supported WM sync with Outlook Express or SMS. I suggest
you look at www.syncdata.it to sync with Outlook Express.
Also there are 3rd party applications that sync SMS.

I am terribly disappointed with what seem to me to be dreadful deficiencies
in this Microsoft offering.
I am in love with my new T-Mobile Vario II but taken aback by WM5's and
Activesync's inability to transfer text messages to my PC. What a glaring
omission! Has this essential function been deliberately missed out? I have
looked at some third party apps but none stand out as the solution to what
is
an obvious deficiency. Can anyone help? I have found a third party
developer
which provides a solution for Outlook Express but i am baffled by what ius
on
offer for SMS. Nothing baffles me more though that these functions aren't
already incliuded as a matter of coyurse.
