Re: Synchronising E-Mail on more than one PC
Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance
Hi Ronnie,
Sorry but you will not be able to do that. The inbox was not designed to
sync with two computers. One of the reasons being lack of html support.
When you connect to sync your Mailbox... the mails from your computer's
Inbox are transferred to the PPC. This is a one-way transfer (that is why
you are prompted with the warning). It doesn't sync the other way or else
you would end up losing all the formatting. Similarly the Outbox works in
reverse (PPC to computer only).
If you require the mails to be available on the laptop, then you will need
to download them. If its another mail account and wish to have them on the
device, then you can configure it on the mobile device itself.

Hello
I've bought a HP hw6915 and I want to synchronize it with my computer and
my
laptop. Normally I synchronize it with the PC, that works without any
problems, but when I want to synchronize it with the laptop, it gives me a
warning, that all E-Mail that have been synchronized with active sync have
to
be deleted from the mobile device. Why is that? And how can I find my way
around it?
Hope somebody can help me! Thanks
Ronnie
