Hi,
Are you synchronizing or copying the data between the 2 PCs using some other
method other than synchronizing with the Pocket PC?
The issue regarding combine/discard may be caused if the name of the Pocket
PC is already in use. The Pocket PC must use a unique name that is the same
on both PCs.

For some reason, when sync-ing a PocketPC (WinMobile2003, ActiveSync 3.8,
Outlook 2003) with two WinXP machines (one home, one work), the ActiveSync
software either creates duplicates of 'some' entries on one PC or prompts
to
sync Desktop Services with the choices to Combine Items, Replace Items, or
Do
Not Sync At This Time. It always syncs correctly on the other WinXP
machine
without prompting. Ideally we would like it to sync/update on both PC's
without prompting. Sometimes it works okay for a few weeks, or even
months,
and then other times it will prompt daily or weekly with those three
options.
TIA for any help on this one ...
