I can't connect to my pda (HP 1950)

Hi !
I have Windows XP and ActiveSyn 4.1. I have an icon MobileDevice in my
FileExplorer (empty). When I connect my PDA (by a usb cable), the green
logo turn, turn turn... ("Connecting").

I tried this :
- delete et re-Install AS
- my Windows Firewall disconnect
- AVG is not running
- on the other pc, it's running, the syncho done..

HELP !
