Installing in wrong location?

I decided to play safe and re-install a program (apMemo) in Main
Memory to avoid any issues with the SD Card, where I installed it
yesterday. So I first used AS|Add Remove to uninstall apMemo. But
weirdly, when I re-installed from AS, even though I choose Main Memory
this time, it insists on putting it on my SD Card!

I suppose next step is to uninstall from both PPC and PC, and
reinstall from scratch, but I'm really baffled about that behaviour.
