uninstall and install - reinstall - search for files in system32 before
reinstall - moved usb wire to the computer (yes the usb wire do function) -
no firewall - closed all 3. programs

Pls help me with possible solutions.

Does the computer see the device (does it show up in Device Manager)?
Does ActiveSync see the device and try and connect at all? Did you
install any software or make any configuration changes between the
time it was working and the time it stopped working?
