Hi,
Well Microsoft has made that difficult. Each time ActiveSync runs it enters
the registry keys to have ActiveSync run on boot. Consider placing killsync
from www.pocketpcfaq.com/applications/ in your Startup folder on your PC.
That way it will stop ActiveSync after a reboot.

I do not want activesync to launch onto my desktop when I log in.. I only
want it to launch when I cradle my device (IPAQ 2795).
