Hello all, I still have this problem i have tried so many things and read so
many blogs.

the thing just spins and spins

I ahve removed anything i think was suspicious on the machine like
antispyware the MS version and bitdefender and i disabled the MS firewall
with XP and nothing. I don't know if something else is doing this but i
suspect it. I have looked and the device seems to get an ip address and when
i netstat-n non establiched connection to the device so some thing is
blocking it I really need help in getting this working any ideas are wellcome
..

Did you install ActiveSync after Outlook? What version of Outlook are you
using?
