Move the "PocketPCMyDocuments" synchronization portfolio, from "C", to "D

How I can make the "PocketPCMyDocuments" synchronization portfolio, that is
created on hard disk "C", can be to move it on to the hard disk "D", and
not to lose anything of the synchronization.
