My question is this. My PDA was synchronized with my laptop and the
PDA
contains all of my contacts. If I install activesync on another
laptop and
connect it to the PDA will activesync give me the option of putting
all of
these contacts into Outlook on the other machine or will it delete
the ones
on the PDA since they don't exist on the laptop? I know that if an
exists on the PDA that doesn't exist on the laptop I am given the
option to
A) Delete it or B) Update the Laptop with it. I'm just not willing to
take
the chance of losing all of my contacts (I've already lost enough. )

I wish I read this post & reply this morning :(
I did the same thing, but stupid me did not post or search, as I
thought it would be simple, and take the emails from the PDA and put
them back... well SYNC think's that I deleted them on the laptop, so it
deleted all the emails from my PDA, and I can't find them anywhere (I
would have assumed it would stick them in the delete file, but it does
not)
If anyone knows how to get my old emails back, PLEASE LET ME KNOW
