Re: Error: Support Code: 85010014

Try making Outlook not avalaible from add / remove program and make the same
reavalaible (do note you might require the Office disk for the disk )

I get this error, it is 85010014 and not 85010004, when I try to sync
Outlook 2003 on a XP/Tablet PC 2005 edition to HP iPAQ HX2795 running WM
5.0 through ActiveSync 4.0.

Actually the trouble started with upgrading to AS 4.1. That didn't work as
my PPC was not detected by AS 4.1. So restored to previous state. Then I
get this error.

The Microsoft docs say, this may be due to clash on TCP/IP. I do have
Norton Antivirus, which is set to allow evertything from ActiveSync. I
also manage my home network using Network Magic. Suspecting it, I tried
after uninstalling it, but in vain.

Now I have ActiveSync 4.1 installed on a XP/Home computer, which also has
Network Magic installed, and synced my PPC with it as a new device. That
is working fine at least for the past two days.

How can I restore Synching on my Tablet PC? I tried deleteting the device
also. That was not useful.

ThanQ...
