Can't sync - ActiveSync 4.1 error 0x8007000E

In the first 2 month everything worked fine, but since one week i have
not been able to sync my pda. If i try to sync the pda, i will recieve
the following error:
Synchronization failed. You do not have enough free memory on your
device to synchronize information. Delete unused files from your device
or close programs that are running to free up memory, and then try
again.
Error code: 0x8007000e

I tried:
reinstalled ActiveSync 4.1
repaired outlook with Detect & Repair
used a new, empty *.pst-file in Outlook
soft reset pda
hard reset pda
removed 1gb sd card from pda
closed all open apps on pda
closed all unnessesary apps on pc

PC:
Windows XP SP2 german
ActiveSync 4.1 german
Office 2003 SP 2 STD german

PDA:
Windows Mobile 5 german
free data memory: 56MB
free program memory: 39MB
free flash disk memory: 24MB
free sd card memory: 682MB

Can anybody help me?
