Push Email <> ActiveSync <> Cisco Firewall

Dear all, the push email on my corporate network is not working properly.

It work for the very first sync then failed to maintain the heartbeat. It
generates the event as described in
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=905013

Does anyone know how to configure the Cisco firewall i.e. which parameter
should I look for (firewall time-out values) just as what's recommended in
the article?
