Are all the messages (internet and internal) in the Inbox? If they are in a
separate folder then you must choose to sync that folder separately.

I have a strange behaviour : I've just bought a QTek S200 (WM5.0) and I
try to synch the emails
I have in Outlook 2003 which uses the MS Connector for Lotus to retrieve
the messages from my
company DOMINO server. When the synch is finished the only
emails I have on the pda are the emails that are sent from outside my
organisation (from internet) and
none from any person in Lotus. It seams that perhaps the messages where
the FROM is not directly an internet email are filtered by activesynch. I
am sure that activesynch
sees all the messages because when it begins it says that there are for
ex. 100 messages in my Inbox
but at the end when it says everhing is OK and that it has only downloaded
15messages.
I am sure that it is not related to the size / time of the messages.
What is the problem ?
