Re: Support Code 850200100

Rob,

Using GPRS I do get new emails delivered to the phone as per the schedule I
defined in AS...I think you are pointing to this not being an SSL issue.
Any other thoughts?

Cheers,
Andy

I recently bought a DoPod 838 and love the functionality. I setup AS 4.1
with Contacts, Calendar, Tasks and Favorites synced with my PC and Email
syned with our Exchange Server. I do not use any PC-based firewall
software...only McAfee anti virus.

When I connect the phone to the PC via USB and sync, I get a message in AS
which states:
Exchange Server: Attention Required (link to a popup message "Cannot
connect
with current connection settings. To check your connection settings,
select
Start, then Settings, then Connections. Support Code: 85020010".

At the same time on the phone a popup message says "The current connection
cannot be used for your request. Please end the current connection and
try
again". This popup has a button for Dismiss and a link to Settings. If
you
click Settings, it takes you to the Connections functionality.

Any idea what is doing on here? Does this have to do with an SSL
certificate as I have been reading or (hopefully) something more straight
forward.

Does the device synchronize OK via GPRS?
