I did run PC-Cillin but I disable it and there are no docking stations or
hubs. In the register, there are previous versions of pocket pc's info (2
of
them) under USB controls and maybe that could be causing some sort of
conflict.

Can you try uninstalling PC-Cillin to see if it is the problem?
