Push not quite there yet

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I've been wondering about why it is taking so long for the push technology
to make it out of the gate. I'm testing it for the first time this morning.
So far push has only worked twice out of 8 new items over the past hour.
