Hi Sue,

ActiveSync doesnt provide support for sync of sub folders of Outlook items
(except Inbox). You can check out http://www.sync.com/is_desktop_main.html

An alternative for being able to sync contacts in sub folders, is using a
free Outlook add-in - http://www.pocketpcfaq.com/raj/OutlookPCS.html
