This is a device side issue. Check to see if the "Enable Synchronization
when cradled using" is set to "`USB" in the ActiveSync application.

I have been using cradle and bluetooth to sync Pocket PC using ActiveSync
4.1
but for some reason it now comes up with and error message "Cannot start
communications with the desktop computer. Remote Networking could not
start
due to a critical error (Error 608). Please reconnect your device. If
the
problem persists, restart your device using the instructions provided by
the
manufacturer"
I have soft reset Pocket PC and also uninstalled 4.1 on PC and installed
3.8
but with same results.
Any ideas?
