It's probably not that. Look for errors in the wcesmgr.log file.



Also, is there something like "COomSession::DoInitOOMSession: hr =
0x80004005 - OomSession.cpp" in the wcesmgr.log? Than NIS installed a virus
blocker. Uninstalling NIS doesn't clean this up either.

There's a USB error here - can you try going into Device Manager and
deleting the device while it's in the cradle, then unplug the device
and reconnect it.
