Hello,
There seems to be a lot of problems with AS 4.1 being able to sync
with Outlook. Here is my situation. I have a Treo 700 with WM5.0 and
am syncing my Treo with 2 computers. On my home computer, I had no
problem getting it to work. On my work computer, I am using Outlook
2003 and connecting using RPC over HTTPS into the exchange server. I
have tried to connect in both offline mode and while connected. I
continue to get the dreaded 85010014 code. I have tried many of the
following suggestions as follows:
1. Detect and Repair did not work
2. Uninstalling and reinstalling AS 4.1 did not work
3. Uninstalling and reinstalling Outlook did not work (I did this using
the change option in add/remove programs)
4. Changing the mprapi.dll file to mprapi_old.dll and doing a fresh
install of AS 4.1 did not work
5. Scanpst.exe did not work
6. Deleting and estalishing a new partnership did not work
It seems like I have tried everything. I am able to sync notes and
favorites. I cannont sync contacts, calendar, and tasks. This is very
frustrating and seems to be a major bug in AS 4.1. Can someone please
help me find the soution to this problem?
M
