What are you connected to a Home LAN with a proxy server or a Corporate LAN
with a proxy server?
What are you settings in Internet Explorer under Tools > Internet
Options > Connections > LAN Settings?
What do you have activesync set to in Connection Settings?
In the Drop down box "This Computer Connects to:"
You have 3 choices:
Automatic
Work Network
The Internet
