The answer is yes if the PocketPC is running Windows Mobile 2003 SE, WM
2003, PPC 2002 or PPC 2000 and using ActiveSync 3.8 or older.

The answer is no if the PocketPC is running Windows Mobile 5 and using
ActiveSync 4.X....
