Sorry, but it still looks like a firewall or VPN issue. You might want to
verify that the USB connection boxs are checked on both desktop and device.
Ensure that the following TCP ports are open for incomming connections.
990
999
5678
5679
5721
26675
And a UDP outgoing port of.
5679
