Is the TCP/IP protocol checked in the "Windows Mobile..." Network
Connection? The device will need to be plugged in for it to show up as a
network connection.

Does the RNDIS interface have a IP address? (it should be 169.254.2.2)

Can you ping the device once plugged in "ping 169.254.2.1"?
