The dispatch interface name is "Outlook.Application" which should have
{0006f03a-0000-0000-c000-000000000046} as the CLSID
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Outlook.Application\CLSID\(default)\{0006f03a-0000-0000-c000-000000000046}
and
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{0006F03A-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}\InprocHandler32\(default)\ole32.dll
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{0006F03A-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}\LocalServer32\(default)\<points
to your outlook.exe>
