Re: ActiveSync now connecting as a 'Guest'



Try the following --

1. Click Start, then click Run. Type the following:

devmgmt.msc

Click Ok. This should open up the device manager.
2. Connect your Pocket PC via USB and you should see
an entry at the bottom Windows CE USB Devices.
3. Right-click and uninstall the entry for the PPC.
4. Reboot computer and connect the device.
