Hi,

I am getting a error when trying to sync my jasjar WM5 device.

the error is

Server is busy
Support code 85010017

I have been able to successfully sync a few time, but I don't know what I did different. I am getting the error many more times then successes. Is there a log file I can check?

I have rebooted both my laptop and device and went straight to trying to sync and it still failed.

I am able to successfully sync my Smart phone 2003 se and my 2003 pocket pc without errors.

Any ideas?
