Problem with attachments

IPAQ running Pocket PC 2003.

When synching via POP3/SMTP or Exchange Server 2003 Mobile Information
Server, I am unable to open file attachments. It seem that the conversion
is not taking place.

If I sync via the cradle it works fine.
