Hi Clem,

The lock up issue you are experiencing is not normal. From your previous
posts, it appears you have done most of the troubleshooting yourself. With
respect to the firewall and antivirus make sure you have shut them down and
have not merely disabled it. I too use ZoneAlarm so you might want to check
if the necessary ports are open for communication. Refer -

If possible, I would suggest you perform a backup and then perform a hard
reset and check it solves your problem.
