Outlook PCS

I have downloaded the Pocket Contact Synchronization sofware and the activate
button does not work when I apply it so my folders are not synchronizing. Do
you have any suggestions on how to get it to work? I have run the detect and
repair function in outlook and still don't have it working. THe activate
button was on the Tools pull down and it worked but now it is on the tool bar
as its own button and doesn not work. Please help!
