Rob,

The user's home PC is running Outlook 2003 using RPC over HTTP, meaning the
Outlook data is automatically synchronized with the Exchange server. User
cannot delete the data on the home PC without affecting the users mailbox on
the server. Sorry if I was not clear on this.

Also the user has a Dell Axim, so no wireless carrier for this PDA.
