ActiveSync 3.8 Failure To Sync

I have a Hp Hx4705 and have been in sync on my XP SP2 Media 2005 edition
system using ActiveSync 3.7. I recently installed ActiveSync 3.8.
Initially I could only sync Calender, Contacts, and Tasks. I have deleted
partenerships, hard reset my PocketPC, reinstalled ActiveSync 3.8, turned
off antivirsus software, turned of firewall, and reinstalled Outlook 2003
numerous times. I have also run scanpst on the pst file before doing the
reinstall and afterwards. Nothing has corrected the problem.
I decided to go back to ActiveSync 3.7 after installing it I am no
unable to sync anything at all. I have tried going back to 3.8 and again I
am now unable to sync any of my information.
Can anyone please help me correct this problem?
