Try changing the pass-through setting in ActiveSync -> Tools ->
Options ->Rules. If that doesn't help in the Control Panel -> Internet
Options -> Set it to never dial a connection and see if that helps solve
your problem. Apart from that, do you have any third party software
installed on your PPC?
