The PPC doing a "dial-up" is normal. It seems to me that Blue Soleil is
configured to use LAP (LAN Access) instead of PAN (Personal Area Network).
The first looks like a dial-up, and requires ICS to work. The second is like
a LAN connection (will not show the dial-up dialog) but you must manually
configure IP address and DNS addresses on your Pocket PC (or have a DHCP
server around the network).
