ActiveSync, Exchange 2003, Sprint Audivox pp6600

    I have read all the message groups and countless articles on microsoft, but
    I still can not get my Audiovox PP6600 pocket pc phone addition to sync
    properly with settings from this article
    http://www.mpx200.org/forums/lofiversion/index.php/t6106.html. Ihave a
    different phone and carrier.

    Mail server is Exchange Server 2003 on Windows 2003 Server, it's been
    configured for OWA, OMA, and Activsync. The users have permissions turned on
    for Active sync and a Mobile carrier has been set up
    (@messaging@sprintpcs.com) under Global Settings in Exchange System Manager.

    As for SSL, a self signed Root Certificate was downloaded to the Pocket PC
    and the mail server has Web server certificate with SSL, the DNS name
    matches the CN on the certifcate.
    The Pocket Pc Phone Addition, has the correct certificate loaded, all the
    settings for the server and ActiveSync are correct, I reviwed the error log
    and the pda is connecting to the server...see error log below:

    When syncing I get the following error message:

    "Your account does not have permission to sync with your current settings.
    Contact your Microsoft Exchange administrator.
    An error occurred, and scheduled synchronization had to be disabled. To
    start synchronizing on a schedule again, use the Mobile Schedule tab in
    ActiveSync Options. Error code: HTTP_400"

    PLEASE HELP????????
