On the desktop PC, ActiveSync data is stored in c:\Documents and
Settings\<username>\Application Data\Microsoft\ActiveSync. There is
also information stored in the registry, but that should be deleted
after you delete the partnership (the registry info is under
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows CE Services\Partners).

The data is cleared out on the Pocket PC when you create a new
partnership and specify that it should only synchronize with the new
computer. I would not advise editing the registry on the Pocket PC to
try and delete any partnership information - at any rate, once the
data is deleted on the computer, the partnership is lost.
