What had happened is it was accidently hard reset in work, there i have a
the cradle. So i connected it up and downloaded all the calander and contact
information. However to install the software i had to be at home were all
the CDs were. I had the drivers for the SanDisk WiFi on a SD card, so i
thought thats all i need to sync at home, no way.
So yesterday I visited the nice friendly O2 shop and bought another USB
cradle. All was then re-installed. The contacts then synced with my Home PC,
which previously was only ever synced via WiFi (less the first time when the
phone was bought) This is how the duplicates were created. So i went through
Outlook and deleted them all, as this was happening the XDA II was syncing
all the time.
So end of story, all is well again, I have 2 cradles to choose from, and the
USB cradle does charge the phone, but a little slower that a proper charger
would.
