Rob,
No firewall and I'm running Windows 2000, SP4
The thing is, it was working fine for many months, then decided to
misbehave. I didn't install any new software or upgrade anything other than
W2k updates, mainly the frequent stream of security patches. I can't really
peg the start of the bad behavior to any one patch.
